Following the latest announcement on the Government’s travel corridors, holidays and short breaks to Denmark, Iceland and Slovakia have been removed from the Thomas Cook website, the company has confirmed.

The brand, which re-launched recently as a ‘Covid-ready’ travel company, has committed to only sell holidays to destinations on the Government’s safe travel corridor list.

A spokesperson for Thomas Cook, which is an ABTA member and licensed by the CAA, said: “We’re sad to not be able to sell weekends in Copenhagen, Bratislava or Reykjavik for the time being. There are still plenty of options for great city breaks and beach holidays and prices at the moment are particularly attractive.”

The company is in touch with those customers who are booked to travel to Denmark, Iceland and Slovakia in the next two weeks to understand if they still want to travel or switch to a later date or move destinations. Those who cannot, will be able to receive a full refund.
